Starts with an optional free 15-minute call, then an hour-long first visit that maps your symptoms into a timeline. Functional labs come next (stool, saliva hormones, Lyme, mold, genetics), then a recorded results visit and a 3- or 7-month plan of food, supplements, detox and stress work, with monthly check-ins.
