Approach

Anisha explores how what’s happening physically can influence the way you feel, think and perform. Rather than focusing on pain or symptoms in isolation, she looks at the body as a whole and uses osteopathy alongside practical tools to create changes you can actually feel in real time. Her goal is to help people understand their bodies better, recognise what may be holding them back and feel more in control of how they move, feel and perform.

Who They're Great For

The girl who feels like pain is starting to take over her life. Whether it’s something that keeps coming back, stops you from doing the things you love, or has you constantly thinking about your body, Anisha helps you understand what’s going on and feel more in control again.
