Health Isn't One-Size-Fits-All

What works for her might not work for you. It might actually make you feel worse.

We all know comparison sucks and its especially unhelpful when it comes to health.

Your friend swears by cutting dairy. Your TikTok girl takes six supplements and does Tracy Anderson before breakfast. Someone else fixed her hormones by drinking spearmint tea and detoxed by sauna-ing 4x a week.

Cool, awesome. But your body is yours.

What works perfectly for someone else might do absolutely nothing for you. Or make you feel worse. There’s no universal blueprint for feeling good, because there’s no universal body.

At Woo, we’re more interested in helping you become an expert on you. What makes you feel energized. What throws you off. What your body seems to love. What it very much does not.

That’s why we love practitioners and guides who look at the whole picture instead of handing everyone the same checklist.

Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t. Most importantly, stay curious.

The goal was never to become someone else’s version of healthy, happy, or well. It’s to figure out yours and then go live it!
