Before naturopathic medicine, Erika was a Berkeley art and art history student, until fatigue, low mood and a period that simply disappeared sent her looking for answers. That search led to NCNM in Portland and a full-time residency there. She has run her small Denver practice since 2012 and says she especially loves "medical mysteries," where the tests look fine but something is clearly off.

Starts with a free exploratory consult, then a long first visit (she says about 90 minutes, sometimes nearly two hours). Plans lean on food, habits, herbs and homeopathic drainage remedies. She doesn't prescribe, asks every patient to keep an MD or DO, and refers out when medication is needed. New patients buy a package, not single visits.
Who They're Great For
The girl who keeps getting "normal" lab results while her thyroid, gut or adult acne says otherwise, and wants a doctor with time to work out why. Best if she's ready for a longer-term plan built around food and habits, and will keep seeing her regular MD or DO alongside.
