An Austin registered dietitian (MS, Texas State) and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Emily spent more than a decade working in restaurants before nutrition, and she still teaches flavor-first cooking on a budget. Her PCOS work pushes back on “just lose weight” and cut-your-carbs advice, and she also works on eating disorder, binge eating and body image recovery.

Get In Touch

Approach

The first session is long (75–90 min) and covers your food history, dieting past, health and life, which she describes as a conversation, not a portion-size lecture. Food relationship first, then gentle blood-sugar and hormone support. No counting, tracking or weighing, carbs stay in, and she’s glad to bring in your gynecologist or therapist.

Who They're Great For

The girl who's stuck restricting and then bingeing, with the diet always restarting on Monday, or who has PCOS and was told to lose weight and go on birth control. Here the carbs stay in, nobody's counting, and the help covers her hormones and her eating.
